Fuel Surcharges may apply: The Snowball Express - Mt Hotham Bus reserves the right to pass excessive price increases onto the consumer.

Luggage: Drivers have the right to refuse excess luggage.

Freight can be carried on some services; this needs to be pre-arranged with the Snowball Express. All bus times are subject to weather conditions. The Snowball Express - Mt Hotham Bus will do the best it can to ensure connections with other services, however this can NOT be guaranteed. Stringent cancellation fees apply.
